Physical Product Return Policy
From time to time we offer one of a kind physical products such as beanies, tuques, handcrafted jewelry, or crafted headboards created by artisans or clients just for you. Most such products are either one of a kind, or a personal product. To enable artisans and creators to thrive and also to protect the quality of their workmanship, we have a return policy that requires a minimum restocking fee of $22.00, per item, and returns are at your expense, unless you receive confirmation that due to product defect the item can be returned under an alternative refund policy.
